Fees

Preschool Fees

Fees, are payable for every session your child has reserved for them which is £6.50 per hour. Fees are payable if your child is off sick or on holiday. Parents are invoiced on a half termly basis, bills are placed in your child’s pigeon hole or can be emailed to parents. Please ensure that the invoice is paid by the due date which is on the invoice. Late payment fees will be added if you’re late settling your child’s invoice.  Payment is preferred by paying the amount due straight into our pre-school account, details of which are on your invoice. Please could you make sure your invoices are kept for your records as any request for back dated invoices will incur an admin fee of £20. Fees are reviewed on an annually basis.

The fees go towards the running of the group and fundraising events are held to help towards running costs and to buy new equipment and extra activities etc. We like all parents to help with the fundraising of the group either by helping to organise/ run events, contributions / donations or attending.

Debt collection agencies are used to enforce payment of long term outstanding amounts.

A booked session can be cancelled however a cancellation rate of one hours fees is payable.

If your child just does not attend without cancelling,  the cost of whole  session reserved is payable.

Holiday clubs

Fees, are payable for every session your child has reserved for them.

Once booked these cannot be cancelled, and will be charged for.
